**Terms and Conditions**

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By enrolling in or using the services provided by FOOTBALLNET ACADEMY, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Registration and Enrolment

2.1. To participate in our football training programs, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and current information.

2.2. Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration process on their behalf.

2.3 All players enrolled in the program are required to purchase and wear the official academy kit during all training sessions. Furthermore, for safety reasons, players are strongly advised to wear shin pads and long socks. Failure to comply with the kit requirements may result in restricted participation in training sessions.

2.4 Players are only permitted to attend the class for which they are enrolled. Attending additional classes outside of their enrolment is not allowed.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1. Payment for our training programs must be made in accordance with the fees and payment schedule outlined to you after contacting us.

3.2. Early Bird Payments apply only to payments made within the first two (2) weeks of the school term. Any payments made after this period will not be eligible for the Early Bird discount.

3.3. FOOTBALLNET ACADEMY does not offer refunds for missed classes. However, students are allowed to attend make-up lessons for any missed sessions throughout the same term.

3.4. Make-Up Lessons

• Make-up lessons must be scheduled within the ongoing term and cannot be carried over to subsequent terms.

• After the term ends, training fees must be repaid for the new term, and any unused make-up lessons from the previous term will be forfeited.

3.5. Training Cancellations

• In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, if a scheduled training session is canceled due to coach notice, an additional make-up lesson will be provided to the affected players.

• An extra class will be scheduled after the term ends to accommodate players who require a make-up lesson due to a coach-canceled session.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

4.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times, showing respect for coaches, fellow participants, and all training facilities.

4.2. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Participants must provide accurate health information and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely in our programs.

5.2. FOOTBALLNET ACADEMY is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training sessions, and participants enrol at their own risk.

6. Schedule Changes

6.1. FOOTBALLNET ACADEMY reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, including session times, dates, and locations, at its discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes in advance.

7. Photography and Videography

7.1. FOOTBALLNET ACADEMY may take photographs or videos during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. By enrolling in our programs, you grant us permission to use your likeness in these materials. If you do not wish your child to be in the photos or videos, please contact us.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All training materials, curriculum, and content provided by FOOTBALLNET ACADEMY are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our prior written consent.

9. Termination of Enrollment

9.1. FOOTBALLNET ACADEMY reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behaviour that is disruptive or harmful to others.
